Your refund matters

At The Authentic Worship Co., we strive to provide exceptional service that honors both our clients and our creative team. Because many of our services require advance preparation, time, and the coordination of independent contractors, we’ve established the following refund policy:

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made to reserve a service, event date, or creative project are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date, team, and resources and are credited toward your total balance.

2. Cancellations

• Client-Initiated Cancellation: If a client cancels:
  
  
• More than 14 days before the event: Remaining balance (excluding deposit) is eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward future services within 6 months.
• Within 14 days of the event: No refund is issued, but a partial credit may be offered at our discretion.
• AWC-Initiated Cancellation: If The Authentic Worship Co. must cancel services for any reason beyond our control (e.g., emergency, illness), clients will receive:
  
  
• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule with priority at no additional cost.

3. Service Dissatisfaction

We do not offer refunds for services already rendered (e.g., photography, worship experiences, video editing). However, we are committed to excellence and will gladly address any concerns with:

• Revisions (if applicable)
• Discounted future services
• Customer care follow-up

4. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital files and content (e.g., edited photos, video footage, custom music), no refunds are issued once digital deliverables have been sent.

5. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled session or event without notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.

6. Custom Packages & Add-Ons

Custom packages and add-on services (e.g., graphic design, social media, in-ear monitors) are non-refundable once work has begun.
