• Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, you may be responsible for up to 50% of the total cost.
• Rescheduling: If you need to change your date, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Yes. A 30%-50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit is non-refundable and applies toward your total balance.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your event to ensure proper planning and execution. If event is being held under the 7 day threshold, a expedited fee will be added and payment must be made upfront.

All deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are only refundable in the event of a cancellation by Authentic Worship Company LLC.

We are based in McKinney, Texas, but we are available for events across the U.S. Travel fees will apply for out-of-town bookings.

Our dedicated team is here to work closely with you, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision, whether it’s the style of music, the setup, or any special requests you may have.

If a Service Provider incurs a cancellation fee, they have the option to work off their debt by providing services until the balance is fully paid. The amount owed will be deducted from their service payments until the cancellation fee is cleared. This allows subcontractors to settle their debt without an upfront financial burden while continuing to work with Authentic Worship Company LLC.
